| This book is really written for the person interested in Ringsport. Training methods. If you do something besides Ringsport with your Malinois, you probably don't need this book. |

Written by an experienced Dutch Police K9 handler, ‘The Malinois’ will be a treat to all fans of the malinois. Like the typical breed book, the history of the breed is explored as well as the physical description and temperament characteristics.
The author then deviates from the usual script of most breed specific books and focuses on the malinois and its role in the Dutch police, general law enforcement and the KNPV. There are some interesting stories of the adventures the author had with his dog which will have owners of the breed rooting for the dog and nodding in approval.
The malinois fan - and only the malinois fan - will enjoy this book. |
