Story: Santa (Kris Kringle) needs a sleigh and draft team to pull it in order to keep up with his many toy deliveries for Christmas. Krystal, a magical falcon, puts together a team of Bernese Mt. Dogs, who do the job admirably for a couple of Christmases. But then the dogs decide that they want to live with their families or special people they have found on their flights to deliver toys, so the job is turned over to the reindeer we know today!!
The coloring book is a nice addition - possibly to help keep them busy on Christmas Eve.
