A mischievous, precocious CKCS, Corneel is enjoying an idyllic life on a Virginia farm when he is suddenly kidnapped and transported to New York City. Being extremely intelligent, Corneel finds his way to the genteel and welcoming Plaza Hotel. There he befriends a lonely little boy, Timothy, who rescues Corneel from the harsh weather and abusive kidnapper. Together they encounter a colorful cast of characters ranging from villains to celebrities and embark on a series of hair-raising adventures throughout the city. There are conflicts, tears, separations, and lots of laughter. Ultimately, the power of kindness endures and the true meaning of friendship and love is revealed. As a result of his deeds, Corneel is awarded the title "Young Plaza Ambassador." This is really a childrens' book, but anyone who loves Cavaliers will want to own it.
