The Adventures of a precious Cavalier on his way to Hollywood. He is a very happy little dog living in New York City but clearly he longs for the spotlight in Hollywood.
Janet York, at present, cares for her twelve Cavaliers and trains them for the show and performance rings. She is also following her passion for pet therapy and has trained many of her Cavaliers including our star, Mondrian.
She continues to create figurative sculptures in bronze, stone, and acrylic. You can see her works in galleries, as awards at shows, or as commissions in private collections.
Her writing of children's books continues to flourish. This is her fourth book featuring a Cavalier. The series includes Corneel the Cavalier (2000), Corneel at The Plaza (2001), Fredrik goes to Hollywood (2006), and Mondo Man: Smartest Dog In All The Land (2010).
Janet York resides in New York City and has three children and four grandchildren.
