I liked this book for what it was, a cute story about a (albeit a bit crazy) lady who gets a dog.
The over the top-ness plagued it a bit I believe. When the author is taking the dog with her on vacations and calling her husband because she just needs a video camera-to record the dog's first swimming lesson it bothers me. I can't imagine someone actually doing that, it felt unrealistic.
But maybe there are bigger dog lovers than I thought out there. |
