| Whether you are super-anal and detail oriented, or just lack organization and can't remember what you've tracked from time to time - this little book of notecards is perfect for the novice tracker and up. There are nice grids on each opposing page to lay out your track and a very detailed fill-in-the-blank page for any variable you could think of during your tracking session, plus a blank section for notes. Great way to 'track' your progress! |
