This is it! You can read all the step-by-step guides and be left feeling frustrated. These Practical steps are simple and you don't need to have 60 acres available to you. Just Go For it. The only draw back is there is a lot of discussion of Rules and Regulations that are somewhat dated. Just get the latest Rules and Regulations from the AKC and problem solved.
