This book is excellent for those who want to dabble a bit in herbal remedies to see if they actually work. It's small but packed full of easy to follow herbal recipes. It is a book that has taken herbal recipes from other books therefore giving you an idea if you would like to dive further into those books.
Being a bit of a sceptic on herbal remedies, I bought this book to give it a try. I have to say, after trying several of the recipes out, I am now sold on herbal remedies!
Cheap, easy to follow, and full of information. This is a good starter book for those who want to try out the holistic approach. |
