This book is great if you just want an overview on agility as a sport, and some info on old training techniques. This book is out of date now, so you really shouldn't buy it. Go for The Beginners Guide to Dog Agility by Laurie Leach instead, it's very up to date. As a rule you should only buy agility books that are at the most, three years old, since this is a fast changing sport.
The book has excellent, colored picturs, a few ideas for equipment, and info on different organizations to compete in. |
