| I have been using this book for several years to teach dog training classes to the general public. I LOVE the way that dog behavior is explained in layman's terms that any person can understand. I have found that this book really opens the eyes my students and they begin to understand that their dogs think differently about things than humans. The students are then much more open to positive reinforcement training and adapt well to my classes. NO ONE has ever wanted to return the book or have asked for their money back. At first I recommended this book, but now I include it in my fee for my classes as well as for my in-home training clients. I also recommend it for my 4-H kids and our Club has a copy of it in their Member's library. There are other books out there that include some of the same information, but this book is the most succinct and least expensive. A perfect fit for my training needs. |
