| This is a wonderful beginning book for the average pet owner. It explains the basic concepts without a lot of technical jargon. And the cute illustrations are great too. Arden explains how positive reinforcement works, and then gives practical applications. She explains how to teach basic obedience behaviors and also has a great section on solving common behavior problems. |

| This book is great for kids and adults and beginners! Andrea has done a good deed that everyone will benefit from. She has made dog training easy with the words in her book and the techniques/methods. People will benefit from this book and training good doggie manners, but more importantly the doggies will benefit from the good information, friendly, effective methods and happy relationship with their family. |

| This book is great in that it is definitely geared towards the general public. It is not filled with scientific jargon and foreign training terms like some of the other books available today. A great read for the whole family! |
