A great starter for puppy owners, May 22, 2010
Reviewer: Simone Clark
One of the first books I ever read on positive reinforcement training and I loved it. It started me on the road to where I am today. I recommend this book to every new dog owner I meet as it is simple and formulaic and you can't screw up if you follow the instructions. It's not the perfect solution for every puppy, of course, but for a great majority it will help owners get the best out of their puppy.

Excellent Read, March 15, 2010
Reviewer: Crystal Saling
I also have each book separately, but it doesn't matter, it is still one of the best puppy books I have ever come across. I love the way it is organized, by what is most important both time wise and in the dog's life as a whole. The idea to organize it in this way was true brilliance. This is a must-read for dog trainers and owners alike.

Great, January 16, 2009
Reviewer: Jordan Rothman
This is a necessary book for new puppy owners. Especially if they read it before getting a puppy, it will give them a great starting point in order to ease the transition and to prevent problems from starting in the first place.
