It's a simple, effective, seven-step model (incorporating positive reinforcement) for helping dogs, owners and trainers to resolve behavior problems, while avoiding the two most common mistakes trainers make when problem solving. This is a great video that is both informative and entertaining. Steve White's stories are worth the $60 cost. Good information backed up with good examples. I would rate this 5 paws, but Mr. White does get off subject and the video is not in chapters, this makes getting to parts you need to re-watch difficult. A set of the handouts he gave at the conference and chapters would make this a 5 paw video.
