This is another wonderful seminar of Dr. Dunbar. Regardless of your methods or tool choice when training a dog, this video will give you perspective on the use of corrections and punishment and that they need not be painful or fear-inducing.
Dr. Dunbar talks about quantifying rewards and punishments to illustrate that training is in fact taking place. This video has given me a lot to think about and is a valuable resource for any trainer.
