This book is fantastic. Nicole Wilde writes as if she were having a chat with you. I read the first half of the book in a few hours, almost without realizing it, and finished it the next day. The amount of relevant information is huge, and it's all easy to understand and absorb. I'm a brand new trainer, just assisting a local trainer with classes and I have a few private clients. I definitely feel that I have benefited greatly from Nicole's book. I highly recommend it to any new trainer--it's a quick & fun read, and it's full of valuable information.

Unique Source of Info, September 11, 2008
Reviewer: Linda Lelak
There are so many books out there about dog training, yet Nichole Wilde speaks plainly about the business as a whole. She holds nothing back about the pluses and minuses of choosing to operate a dog training business and the practical realities such as finances, location, legalities, while addressing the issues of dealing with different types of dogs and their people. I found this book scary, exhiliarating, informative and it gave me the REAL information I need to decide if and when I want to run my own dog training business.

A Must Have Book!, April 16, 2009
Reviewer: Vicki Stafford
I think whether you are a trainer with years of experience or just starting out like I am, you need to read this book. For me, it was one of those really hard to put down books. The information for those of us just starting out was eye opening, invaluable & incredible. Nicole presents the information in a straight forward manner that is simple to understand. Nicole has a gift of writing in such a way that it makes it very easy to retain the information. There are aspects in this book that I would not have thought of in regards to becoming and being a trainer.
Well done Nicole!
