Dogwise Holiday Schedule
Thank you for taking time to read our holiday schedule. Below is a list of dates we will be closed to celebrate the Christmas and New Year's Holiday. We have scheduled these closures on the days we feel will least affect our customers' shopping experience.
Dogwise will be closed on the following dates:
- Wednesday, Dec. 24, Christmas Eve
- Thursday, Dec. 25, Christmas Day
- Thursday, Jan. 1, New Year's Day
UPS will be delivering on Monday, December 24, Christmas Eve. In order to receive your order on Christmas Eve, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Make sure that all of your items are in-stock before placing your order.
- Make sure to use your physical address as the shipping address. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
- For ground shipping, you must place your order before 7:00am PST Wednesday December 10th. Please note that this is the last day that UPS guarantees for Christmas delivery. In our experience if you are on the east coast you may be able to make it until the 13th and on the west coast around the 15th.
- Place your order before 1:00pm on Monday, December 22th and select the "Two Day" shipping option.
- Or, place your order before 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 23st and select the "Next Day" shipping option.
We gladly ship to addresses that require USPS shipping, the deadline for shipping to PO boxes is 7:00am PST Wednesday December 10th.
