Weekly Update: Fetch More Dollars!

Dear Dogwise Customer,

When you define selling as communicating those benefits and value to current and prospective clients, you realize that the more effectively you "sell," the more successful your business will be and the more people and dogs you will be able to help. With this new mindset, acting as a salesperson for your business should feel more comfortable and less threatening. The selling skills you will learn in this new book include:
  • Understanding the differences between features and benefits (hint, you want to sell benefits!)
  • Realize that even if you are not an extrovert, you likely have a lot of the attributes of a successful salesperson.
  • The role of the initial consultation in helping you to gather information to build the right training plan for your client.
  • How to price your services.
  • How to communicate what makes your dog training business unique.
  • Mastering the use of the telephone when communicating with clients (hint, return calls from clients quickly - they called you for help!)
  • How to prepare yourself before talking or meeting with clients.
