The best selling book at the IAABC Conference in Rhode Island last week was Brenda Aloff's Get Connected With Your Dog (Book and DVD). This is due in part to the fact that Brenda is a great seminar presenter and she put on a great show at the conference. But the feedback we got from attendees is that Brenda's thesis that achieving clear means of communication can only be accomplished by accepting the fact that dogs are masters of body language - and then utilizing that knowledge to your advantage to become a more effective trainer - led folks who wanted more details to buy Get Connected. While Brenda's other books are more well known (Aggression in Dogs and Canine Body Language), Get Connected stands apart as a means to build up your communication and connection with your dogs.
