When several equally great looking dogs line up against each other in the show ring, often the only way a judge can determine the better dog is by carefully watching how the dogs move. The gait of a dog often reveals problems (or excellence) that can't be seen otherwise. That is why Curtis Brown's Dog Locomotion and Gait Analysis is one of the most important titles we stock, has been a strong seller for many years, and is our Dogwise Book of the Week choice. Take advantage of a 20% discount over the next week on this valuable resource, written by one of the leading experts in the field with scores of great illustrations by Robert Cole.
Another one of those European imports have arrived: Man-Trailing, How to Train Your Bloodhound by Christine Liebeck. As we mentioned in previous updates, this is one of those books with a somewhat iffy supply chain to us. We have a decent number in stock right now, but if we run out we will get more, its just that the timing is a bit uncertain.
One item that we now have plentiful stock on is Susan Garrett's 2x2 Weave Pole Training DVD. If you missed out on this earlier, this is a great opportunity to improve on an important agility skill for you and your dog with the outdoor event season now upon us.
Keep checking our clearance pages for bargains. We have been doing some spring cleaning, both of our main warehouse and from our travelling dog show booth. Lots of great items at discounts, many of which are just a bit scuffed up.
Thanks from all of us at Dogwise.
