Many of our obedience competitor customers really enjoyed Willard Bailey's Remembering to Breathe. He has now come out with another interesting read, OTCH Dreams: The Agony and Ecstasy of Life With Competition Obedience Dogs. Not a training book per se, rather Willard's reflections and insights on life with two very different obedience dogs - a Golden Retriever and a Border Collie.

We have a number of good items currently marked down on the clearance section of our bargain books page. One notable book is Kicked, Bitten and Scratched - this popular book on learning to be an animal trainer is coming out in paperback and - bad for us but good for you - we have over 20 copies of the hardback version which we have marked down. We also have lots of AKC videos - ones that are now available in DVD - so we have marked down the videos. And a number of slightly damaged Dogwise Publishing items including Canine Body Language and On Talking Terms with Dogs. As always, clearance items are limited to stock on hand, first come first served.
