Weekly Update from Dogwise: A 3-T Sale Through the 4th! |

Dear Dogwise Customer,
Hopefully you are curious about what 3-T means! At Dogwise, it means Toys, Training Tools and Treats/Food - pretty much anything other than Books, DVDs and Calendars. And the sale part means that we are discounting all of our 3-T items 30% from now through the 4th of July weekend. While we don't claim to carry as many items in these groups of products that some web sites do, we do pride ourselves for focusing on cutting edge items including many that are recommended by our leading author/trainers/animal health gurus. So this is a great time to stock up on a lot of fun and functional doggie stuff at significant savings. Don't forget that we are also closing out on our AKC Breed DVD's (mentioned last week) at big savings as well, subject to stock on hand.
We are very pleased to announce the arrival this week of Trish McConnell and Karen London's latest book: Love Has No Age Limit - Welcoming an Adopted Dog into Your Home. As with Trish and Karen's other works, this is a concise guide to a critical issue, in this case what anyone who is adopting an adolescent or adult dog into their home needs to know. Too many adoptions are undertaken with the best of intentions but all to often they fail with potentially dire consequences for the dog. This book will help any new owner increase their chances of success by focusing in on the key issues (the first few days, meeting family members both human and canine, etc.). If you are a trainer or shelter worker, consider recommending this book to anyone who is adopting a dog, you will be doing them a great service.
