Weekly Update from Dogwise: Can't Get Enough of the Tricks!
|
|
Dear Dogwise Customer,
|
Its probably starting to sound like a broken record from us, but one of the most noticeable trends we are seeing in what our customers are buying are books and DVDs on tricks and play for their dogs. Both activities are fun, of course, but they can also be used as methods to train dogs, keep them mentally and physically challenged, and build better relationships. So we are going to keep riding this wave of interest by making one of our surprise best sellers from the past year our Book of the Week: 101 Dog Tricks by Kyra Sundance. That means for the next week you can get a 25% discount on this great book and buy it for just $14.24. While you are at it, check out all of the items we have on tricks and play.
Our 2010 breed calendar inventory is now virtually complete with the arrival of our Pet Prints line. So with just a few exceptions we now have in stock just about every breed calendar we are going to have this year. Christmas in July anyone?
A glance through our current new book and product list this week uncovers some interesting items:
- Lad - A Dog by Albert Payon Terhune. An old old book on a new
title list! The book has been brought back to life by an
enterprising publisher for all you Collie fanciers and dog story
fans. This book was Terhune's original best seller, the first of
many written about the Collies he lived with on Sunnybank farm.
- Dog Walker's Start-Up Guide (BK/DVD) by J.D. Antell. Create a viable dog walking business for yourself using this step by step guide. Dog walking does not cost a lot to get started in but can be surprisingly lucrative if done right.
- Doggy Flotation Vests Living here in Central Washington along
the banks of the Columbia River we can attest to the value of
flotation vests for dogs as former owners of a rambunctious French
Bulldog. If you are a boater or hang out near the shore and have a
dog whose body type is more likely to involve sinking rather than
swimming, this is a great safety device to own.
Thanks from all of us at Dogwise.
