Weekly Update from Dogwise: Dog shows and showing |

Dear Dogwise Customer,
As many of you may know, Dogwise got its start selling books at dog shows way back in the 1980's. We went from a Camry trunk loaded full of books, to a mini van full of books and eventually to a whole trailer full of books that we hauled to and then set up in a booth at more shows than we can remember. There would be no Dogwise if there were not dog shows and the support we received way back when from dog show participants and attendees. So we have a soft spot in our hearts here for dog shows and are saddened that the showing business has fallen on hard times even though there are at least several dog shows going on somewhere in the country almost every weekend attended by people devoted to the sport. Despite declining participation, good books on showing and related subjects (breeding, structure and gait) are still available and we are happy to report we still have a good selection in all of these categories.
