Patty Ruzzo, who died recently, was a mentor to many dog trainers and to people who compete with their dogs in competitive obedience. The 2008 Dog Show Calendar is now available again for those of you who plan your lives around dog shows. As in the past, this is the calendar put together by the Virginia Federation of Dog Clubs and sponsored by Eukanuba. It covers the whole country and is a 15 month calendar starting in October, 2007. In addition to conformation shows, there is a listing of AKC Obedience trials and all licensed dog show superintendents.
