As many of you know, we have carried a number of non-book products for many years. Our selection has been growing and now includes toys, training tools including a variety of clickers, treats, leashes, collars, harnesses - and more. While we make no claim to be a one-stop shop for all your needs in this area, we have been devoting more time and effort recently to carrying products that are recommended in some of more popular books, are relatively hard to find, or simply really appeal to our staff. As we have expanded our selection recently, we have made some changes to the web site to make it easier for you to find what we have. We now have a new home page devoted to these items - or you can click on the tab entitled "Toys and Products" to take you there - one is on the top right corner of the Dogwise home page, the other is on the left hand side in the "Browse Dogwise" section. We think you'll find a lot of great stuff there and recommend you check it out when visiting us for your book needs.

A quick APDT conference note for the upcoming event in Louisville in October. For those of you who have visited our booth at past conferences, you know it can be very crowded at times. Well this year we have been able to work with the folks at APDT to rent our own mini-exhibit hall which will be located adjacent to the main exhibit area. The good news is that we are going to be able to remain open much longer hours than the main exhibit hall and over a longer period of time. So you will be able to come and visit us beginning sometime late Wednesday to at least mid-day on Sunday from early in the morning to early in the evening. You'll have more time to browse, ask questions, or even sit down and relax! Books from some more of the featured speakers at APDT who you can meet are displayed to the right here on this email.
