With the end of the year holidays approaching, here is some information you might find useful. Our friends at UPS tell us that we are now at that point in time where ground shipments cannot be guaranteed for arrival by Christmas. However, unless you are located on the east coast, there is a pretty good chance that ground shipment orders placed by December 18th will get to you by the 23rd - but we can't guarantee it. So if you really really need your order to arrive by the 23rd, choosing UPS Next Day or 2nd Day air is the way to go.

While our web site is always open for business, our customer service department and shipping departments will be closed on December 23rd, December 26th, and January 2nd due to the holidays being on Sunday this year.

We've been trying to give you some gift ideas for the past month. Here is our last set of suggestions. For your dog crazy friends (or yourself), Bringing Light to Shadow by Pam Dennison is a great read in diary form of an almost two year rehabilitation of an aggressive dog. If mysteries are your thing, select any of the books by Susan Conant, Laurien Berenson, Lee Charles Kelley, or Virgina Lanier. Each of these authors have several to choose from.
