A great little pocket book for the general public

Posted by Steph Duchesne on 9th Oct 2023

I have to preface by saying that I highly recommend anything from Patricia McConnell, especially this little series of amazing, affordable pocket books. These are great for non-trainers, and I just picture how helpful this would be for someone who might not currently be in a position to get professional help from a trainer. It breaks down the basics of classical counter conditioning precisely and easily for those who may not have a background in the matter. It’s a short, easy read and includes tips for trouble shooting and management. Would also recommend checking out “Feisty Fido” & “I’ll be Home Soon” for similar reasons!
